Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of BODM League Tracker. By creating an account, joining a league, or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for protecting access to your email, Google account, and active sessions. Account information must be accurate enough to administer league membership and contest results.

Private leagues

League access is controlled by invitations and membership. Do not share private invitations or league information with unauthorized people. Commissioners and deputies may manage participants, entries, selections, rules, deadlines, eligibility, dues status, and corrections within their authorized league.

Fantasy contests

BODM League Tracker provides organization, scoring, and recordkeeping tools for recreational fantasy-sports contests. Contest formats and rules are set by each league or pool. Unless a pool states otherwise, commissioner rulings, source-data corrections, and published tie-breaking rules determine final results.

No wagering or payment custody

The service does not operate a sportsbook, accept wagers, hold prize funds, or process league dues. A displayed dues status is an administrative record supplied by a commissioner or deputy, not proof that BODM League Tracker received or transferred money. Members and commissioners are responsible for complying with laws and rules applicable to their contests.

Scoring and data sources

Sports data may come from third-party sources and can be delayed, corrected, incomplete, or unavailable. Standings are provided for league administration and may change when source data or commissioner records are corrected. The service does not guarantee uninterrupted live scoring or error-free source data.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse invitations, access another league without authorization, impersonate another participant, interfere with scoring or security, upload malicious material, scrape private member data, probe the service for vulnerabilities without permission, or use the service unlawfully.

User and commissioner content

You retain rights in information you submit, including profile photos. You grant BODM League Tracker permission to host, normalize, process, reproduce, and display that information as needed to operate your leagues and preserve contest history. You represent that you have the right to submit profile images, imported participant data, and contest records. Profile images may not impersonate another person, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, or contain unlawful or abusive material.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or terminated to protect the service, enforce these terms, comply with law, or respond to harmful conduct. You may request account deletion, subject to preservation or de-identification of records reasonably needed for contest history, security, legal obligations, and dispute resolution.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BODM League Tracker and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, winnings, opportunities, or profits arising from use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Material revisions will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
