Overview
BODM League Tracker supports private fantasy-sports leagues and contests. This policy explains what information the service collects, why it is used, and the choices available to members.
Information we collect
- Account information: email address, display name, optional profile photo, authentication provider, and internal account identifiers.
- League information: memberships, roles, invitations, entries, selections, tie-breakers, dues status, and commissioner actions.
- Technical information: session cookies, request metadata, security events, and limited operational logs needed to maintain and protect the service.
- Imported records: historical participant names, entries, and selections supplied by a league commissioner.
Google sign-in
If you sign in with Google, BODM League Tracker requests only the OpenID Connect scopes openid, email, and profile. We use the resulting identifier, verified email address, and profile name to create or locate your account. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar, or other Google services. Google access and refresh tokens are not stored in the BODM application database.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate members, operate private leagues and pools, calculate and display standings, manage invitations and eligibility, preserve contest history, prevent abuse, and maintain the service.
Who can see league information
Members of a private league can see that league's pools, participants, entries, selections, standings, and relevant status information. Commissioners and authorized deputies can manage league records. People outside a private league are not permitted to view its member-facing pages. The legacy public scoreboard may remain publicly accessible during the platform transition and is identified separately from private league pages.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by hosting, database, email, authentication, monitoring, and security providers solely as needed to operate the service. It may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users, the service, or others.
Cookies and sessions
BODM League Tracker uses an essential session cookie to keep you signed in, protect forms, and remember authentication redirects. The service does not require advertising cookies.
Retention
Account and league records are retained while needed to operate the league, preserve legitimate contest history, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Security logs and expired invitations may be retained for a shorter operational period. Some historical contest records may remain after account deletion but can be de-identified where practical.
Your choices
You may update or remove your profile photo and display name from account settings. Member profiles and profile photos are available only to signed-in members who share a league; email addresses are not shown on member profiles. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information. A commissioner may need to preserve or reassign historical entries so league results remain accurate. You may also revoke BODM League Tracker access from your Google Account security settings; revocation does not automatically delete the BODM account.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport, hashed credentials and invitation tokens, and restricted administrative roles. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the service changes. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
